About Megan
I am an English major who has worked with students of all ages, from first graders to college students. I have two degrees, both focused on English writing, but I have also studied literature and communication at length. I have experience working one-on-one with students, facilitating discussion and activities among classes of twenty, and presenting lectures to groups of over 150.

I try to approach every class or lesson with an optimistic and open-minded approach. I like to think of myself as a guide rather than an expert, gently steering my students so that they might recognize and expand upon their own knowledge rather than just lecturing them. I have experience working with students of all ages, but my expertise is really within English writing, so I am best suited for students with writing-specific needs.
