About Jamie
Hello, I’m Jamie, a former teacher with six years of experience and a Master of Education in Post-Primary Teaching.
Having lived for more than four years in each of Canada, Ireland, and Vietnam, I’ve developed a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for different cultures, communities, and ways of thinking.
Now based in Toronto, I’m transitioning into product design, with a particular interest in creating products that improve education and support mental health.
While I don’t hugely miss managing a classroom of 30 plus students every day, I’m excited to work more closely with people one on one, in an environment where we can learn from one another, and help push each other forward.

Having lived in large cities, I understand how they can become isolating. Many people lack close friends or family nearby, and I want to help create spaces where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow. I don't claim to be a life coach but I have a knack for being able to provide thoughtful, subtle guidance around personal development, relationships, and perspective.
My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental. Through thoughtful conversation and practical reflection, we can explore the areas of life you’d like to improve, whether that involves how you spend your time, which hobbies you pursue, the relationships you maintain, or the perspective you bring to everyday challenges.
Sessions can take the form of one time tutorials or long term learning programmes. Classes are generally conversational and shaped around your needs, but can also include more structure through visual exercises, guided activities, stories, or practical frameworks.
The goal is to help you:
• Recognise your unique personality, strengths, and values.
• Gain perspective so decisions feel clearer and more manageable.
• Navigate, build or steer away from existing relationships.
• Manage your time in ways that support both productivity and satisfaction.
• Build habbits and perspectives that contribute to a more fulfilling life.
