About Davide
I followed daily three engineers who have worked with me for several years and some others for short periods. Today they are all free established professionals. I got to make training in public and private companies and to share my experiences, skills and knowledge in nine years, first as a member and then as coordinator of the Environmental Commission of the Ordine degli Ingegneri of Verona, as well as various projects and environmental impact assessments for professional groups.

As a freelance engineer I intensely worked 12 years of professional environmental services, training colleagues and employees at client companies. I appeal to graduates and to new freelancers wishing to start or have just started the profession and want to achieve success in the medium to long term, offering one-to-one mentoring in order to:
1. gain extra diploma / degree skills, such as effective planning and management of cash flow, internal and external communications, system and project services to customers, customer portfolio;
2. maximize their talents and skills with focus on key-aspects;
3. indirectly acquire my experiences in order to minimize errors and risks. The fiduciary relationship is developed over the medium-long term, on a guided learning path of change, growth, awareness, giving-receiving. It can occur mostly online agreeing some in-person meetings. The first 3-6 months are more intense (50% of success is a good start). The relationship lasts 3 up to 5 years, at least a year. The friendship goes far beyond :-)

Details
Mentoring is inevitably personalized, a relationship between two people basen on trust, mutual respect and esteem; It needs time for the preparation of teaching materials and exercise, designed and developed specifically for the student. The maximum number of students who I choose and are willing to follow is five, so as to guarantee my attention, dedication and performance. I suggest (2 hrs) or two (1 hr each) sessions a week, subject to the decisions agreed between mentor and mentee.
