About Jamie
My name is Jamie Starr, I am the former owner and CEO of The Starr Group, LLC. I have been in this wonderful yet crazy Real Estate industry for 23 years. Typing that out sure did make me feel old! In fact, when I first got my Real Estate License, I was one, if not THE youngest agent in the Fredericksburg Virginia area! My very first year in Real Estate I earned the Multi-million dollar “Top Producer” award. I also have a passion for New Home Construction and Real Estate Investing/flipping. Teaching has always been a passion of mine. Prior to and during my Real Estate career, I was the Director of Family and Youth Programs with NAMI (National Alliance for Mental Illness) During my time with NAMI, I was a facilitator and teacher of many of their Mental Health Awareness and advocacy programs. Mental Health is so important and you will not find a more understanding and patient instructor than me. I am highly personable and I am excited to work with you in this CRAZY industry! I literally started this career with NOTHING, except the fees I had to pay to the state. I built my entire business from scratch and became a Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer in my first year. Currently I reside in Elizabeth City NC with my amazing family. I look forward to meeting you and helping you reach your dream of simply BEING THE BEST REAL ESTATE ROCKSTAR EVER!!!
