I deliver lessons that are easy to understand and tailored to the student's learning style. I'm great at finding ways to break down complex concepts into easy-to-consume graphic organizers.
A typical lesson with me includes a Session Overview where student goals are established and prioritized, and session expectations are discussed. I will decompose scientific concepts in a manner that is relevant to the student. They will leave the session with a study guide containing helpful diagrams about concepts and pertinent definitions.
I have 10+ years of experience teaching high school science, both general education and special education. I can tutor High School Biology and Chemistry at all levels and work with student(s) on study skills.
