About Marie
Trained at the Alliance Francaise de Minneapolis in Minnesota I taught for 3 years to various audiences (from 7 to 77 years old!) And in particular in elementary school where I intervened in extracurricular. I originally graduated in tourism but have always been passionate about the French language and our beautiful culture that I wanted to share after multiple moves. That's why I turned to education. For me, tourism and education require very similar qualities: curiosity, openness and sharing. Giving lessons in groups, in private, face-to-face and distance, but also being an examiner for the TEF (French evaluation test) allowed me to become versatile and offer the best possible class plan to my students.

I like to base my lessons on current events but also on specific themes such as: ecology, gastronomy, heritage, cinema, reading, music ... Each topic addressed always helps to promote word and everyone to share their point of view. My lessons are generally structured (for example: an article to read, a mini debate, a group exercise, a game to finish). Indeed, I really favor humor which is a real driving force for learning so it is not uncommon for me to offer offbeat activities or exercises of a humorous nature.
