About Ricardo
I am a football coach at Leça FC U17 and at the moment I am a 2nd year student of the Master in Sports Science - Collective Sports Games, with a specialization in Football. As a training coach I try to empower the player individually in the most diverse: Technique; Tactics; Physical; Mental, always realizing that at younger ages there is a set of variables that I should be aware of

I started as assistant coach of U19 at AD Esposende, receiving the invitation to assistant U15B at Leixões SC, where I was later invited to U16 at FC Pedras Rubras and at this moment I am head coach of U17 at Leça FC.
I try to train in a way that the player is technically able to solve time-space problems, realizing that the better technically, the more capable he is.
