Scope and Purpose I introduce myself as Dr. Debarshi Sanyal having 20+ years of experience in Medical/Clinical Genetics and Genomics. I am eager and keen to get associated with dynamic organizations where I seek to transform my growth to achieve my future passion in a combined role as full-time consultant along with an involved role in managing the business development. I desire to acquire knowledge/grow in a reciprocative work environment sharing my skills and experience in the evolving world of medical genomics diagnostic industry. To mention about myself in brief I have been instrumental in setting up Genetic Laboratories abroad, Amcare Labs Malaysia in Affiliation with (Johns Hopkins Laboratories USA) followed by leading Genetics lab/departments in India (Western and Eastern region) from laboratory design till signing off final reports, which involves departmental workflow designs, accreditation of department, manpower recruiting and training, selection of genetic tests profile and validation, procedures. I was routinely involved in key management decisions processes (pricing of basic and esoteric tests panels) and have been an integral part of management decision process.
