About Melo
I am a dedicated French tutor with over 11 years of experience teaching college students. My focus is on creating personalised lessons that match each student’s level, learning style, and goals while helping them build confidence and fluency.
My teaching style is patient, structured, and student-centred. I explain grammar step by step and teach vocabulary using real-life and academic examples. Lessons are designed to be practical, interactive, and easy to follow.
I use innovative techniques such as guided conversations, scenario-based exercises, role-plays, interactive activities, and listening practice. These methods allow students to develop speaking, reading, writing, and listening skills naturally.
I provide a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from mistakes. Regular feedback and consistent practice ensure steady improvement.
My goal is to help college students succeed academically and communicate confidently in French.

My French teaching methodology is results-oriented, combining creativity, mentorship, critical thinking, and accountability. Lessons are interactive, practical, and engaging, using storytelling, role-plays, dialogues, and real-life examples to strengthen all aspects of language learning—speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
As a mentor, I guide students to analyse grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structures critically. In addition to French, I can teach literature, writing, and language comprehension. My aim is to create a stimulating, supportive, and inspiring environment where students develop French proficiency alongside creativity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning skills.
