About Nontokozo
My name is Nontokozo Sithole, and I hold a BA Honours degree in Development Studies. I have two years of experience as a Community Development Practitioner Intern, where I developed communication, interpersonal and organisational skills through working with diverse communities and stakeholders.
I am passionate about helping primary school learners develop their isiZulu language skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. I aim to make lessons easy to understand, enjoyable and suited to each learner’s needs and learning pace.
I am proficient in isiZulu and English and can use both languages to support learners who need explanations in English. I believe that every learner can improve with patience, practice and the right guidance. My goal is to help learners strengthen their understanding of isiZulu, improve their confidence and develop a positive attitude towards learning.

My lessons are designed to help primary school learners improve their understanding and use of IsiZulu in a friendly, patient and supportive learning environment. I aim to make learning enjoyable by explaining concepts clearly and using examples, simple conversations, vocabulary activities and exercises suited to each learner's level. During a typical lesson, we will focus on the learner’s needs, whether it is improving vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, sentence construction or understanding schoolwork. I encourage learners to ask questions, practise regularly and build confidence at their own pace.
I am proficient in isiZulu and English and can use English to explain concepts when learners need additional support. My lessons are aimed at primary school learners, including beginners and those who need extra help with isiZulu as a school subject. My goal is to make every learner feel comfortable, supported and confident in their progress.
