About Lilli
I have been a yoga teacher (Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga) for 5 years. Trained in Indonesia, I can now share my passion with people. During the summers I work in different surf camps in Europe and always flow with differently experienced people and their needs.

Bringing together body awareness, perception and acceptance of constant development is of central importance to me in yoga. Through the connection of breathing and movement, I recharge energy and learn to act consciously and presently in the often stressful everyday life.
As a passionate musician, I see the opportunity to experiment with yoga as well as sound and frequency and discover new ways to bring soul, body and nature into harmony.
I am looking forward to adventure journeys through body and mind together.
