About Alex
I am a competitive figure skater and dancer. I was never one to deal with disorders, but I am one of the lucky few athletes who have. not. I have known multiple people from skating and dance that have dealt with eating disorders and body dysmorphia. I had to watch my friends go through these disorders and it was very hard. For me, I have always had fitness as my outlet and I want to teach other people to do the same. helped a few of my friends overcome their issues by suggesting to them that they should try fitness. My love and passion for fitness have always made me feel strong. Hopefully, I can help other people overcome things such as eating disorders and body disorders. This is not over video since a lot of people are not comfortable with it. Each lesson will be sent via text.

Details
This is not over webcam, because a lot of people get anxiety which is very understandable. I will still be charging $14 an hour because it takes me a long time to come up with different lessons. If you text me, we can discuss your prime focus whether it is fitness or nutrition and I will send a customized plan. Once we finish discussing, the plan will be ready within 2 hours the same day.
