About N Pamela
I'm an animation student and I'm a very outgoing person who loves to take care of myself. Reasons why I teach physical fitness is because I have a chronic illness and in order for me to be able to reach the best of my abilities, my health needs to be in check. Otherwise I'd consistently be dependent on other people and medication which is not a good thing. Health overall means a lot to me and I'd like to share my knowledge with other individuals to promote healthy lifestyle.

My lessons are designed for students at all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. As a multi-lingual individual, lessons may be carried out in your preferred language - the languages I'm fluent in are English, Zulu, Setswana, Sesotho and Sepedi (I'm open to learning new languages too, if you would like me teach you in your language, going out of my way to help you is my aim) . A typical lesson would always begin with stretching warm ups, followed by exercises on the spot for a good 7-10mins and thereafter the lesson for the day begins depending on the student. As everyone will be receiving their own personal workout schedule and will be accompanied by a diet plan (if preferred). After all workout classes there will be a few minutes of breathing exercises and that will be the end of the lesson.
