About Megan
I started strength training aged 15 in the gym to increase my confidence and gain muscle. At 21 years old strength training is my passion. Strength training has numerous benefits for women including:
- Improved self esteem
- Decreased risk of osteoporosis
- Boost mental well-being
- Improved muscle strength
This is why my passion is to help other women obtain the amazing benefits strength training provides.
I am in my final year at university studying Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences.
