About Charli
I’m a passionate dance instructor and coach with experience leading multiple teams and training in a wide range of styles, including hip hop, Latin dance, contemporary, jazz, and pom/cheer. I love creating lessons that are both fun and challenging, tailored to each student’s unique strengths and goals. My background in performance and coaching allows me to guide dancers not only in developing technique, but also in building confidence and expressing themselves through movement.

My lessons are suitable for students of all ages and skill levels, from beginners seeking to build a solid foundation to advanced dancers looking to refine technique or learn choreography for performance or competitions. I also work with individuals aiming to cross-train in multiple dance styles or strengthen their overall dance versatility.
I focus on a holistic approach that combines technical precision, musicality, and performance expression. I tailor my instruction to each student’s individual goals, whether it’s building foundational skills, improving choreography, or enhancing stage presence. My lessons emphasize proper alignment, rhythm, and creative movement while fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
Typical Lesson Plan:
Each lesson is structured to balance technique, conditioning, and choreography:
Warm-up & Technique Drills (15–20 mins): Focused exercises to develop strength, coordination, and style-specific fundamentals.
Choreography & Combinations (25–30 mins): Apply technique in dynamic movement sequences, adapting to student skill levels.
Cool-down & Reflection (5-10 mins): Stretching, feedback, and goal setting for the next lesson.
