Fitness and nutrition has been a passion of mine for past 20 years. From weight loss to bodybuilding to general health and well being.
Through dedication I have achieved results personally and helped others to hit there goals.
Currently adding to my knowledge with a NASM PT qualification and life coaching course.
The system I have developed is a no gym required and can be done anywhere anytime.
