About Max
I am a personable and outgoing person who loved learning their Alevel and GCSE subjects. Therefore I thoroughly enjoy tutoring and seeing my tutees progress academically and I also love to see them engage with the subject and enjoy learning.
I am very passionate about the subjects I teach and have a lot of interesting ideas/arguments around them which I loving talking about with tutees, something that is key to learning humanities subjects.
I am therefore interested in my tutees ideas and I can learn from them as much as they can learn from me.

Given I tutor humanities subjects I will focus on teaching you the core content so you have a good understanding of key ideas.
I would then focus on developing your own ideas and debates around the content which is key for humanities subjects.
I will go through past essay questions, teaching you the structure and developing your writing skills.
Lessons will last 1 hour but I am flexible.
Lessons are for lower school, GCSE and sixth form students.
I can also help with Oxbridge admissions by teaching you what is required for interviews and how to write an effective personal statement.
