About Leonard
My name is Leonard and I am a first year a mechanical engineering student at the University of Waterloo. I believe my skills and past experiences would make me a great tutor for you to help you improve. I have strong confidence in my math foundation knowledge as I had above 95 percent grades in all of Ontario’s high school math courses and am still doing very well now in my University math courses. I tutored students in math when I was in grade 11 and grade 12 as mentioned in my resume and received positive feedback from the students that I have tutored. Every time I see a student improve upon the tutoring and help I had given them, it makes me feel accomplished and satisfied. That’s why throughout high school to now I have been looking for tutoring opportunities because this is something that I enjoy doing.

I have been a tutor and I have gotten tutored before so I have experience on both sides and I know in what ways students can get the most out of a tutor. I have experience in doing lesson plans beforehand and a typical lesson plan of mine would be to instruct the student of all the basic knowledge and fundamentals then have them do tons of practice problems to have them further familiarize themselves with the concept I teaches. My lessons are for all highshool math student or grade 11 and grade 12 physics student.
