I would use a lot of case studies , group discussions , flow chats to make students understand the concepts in a better way . I would be available anytime , just a tex away to solve their doubts . I can assure everyone about my concepts and being an ex student I understand strength and weakness that a student might have in a particular topic so I can give special attention to the same .
I believe in writing test as it helps to make concepts pretty clear and once we write something we remember it forever .
