About Nakisso
I was a composer, guitar studio musician and assistant for Jimmi Mayweather and his record label. He was a legendary audio engineer who worked with countless big name musicians throughout time like: Ringo Star, George Harrison, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Stevie Wonder, Keith Moon, Rick James, Foo Fighters, Elton John, Marvin Gaye, Queens of the Stone Age, Tool, Beck and many more. We worked together up until his passing in 2021. Have produced and written many songs for many diverse artists as well as for my self. I have produced and written a song that had legendary drummer Bernard Purdie on it. Bernard Purdie is one of the greatest drummers and most recorded of all time. He was the drummer for Aretha Franklin, Miles Davis, James brown, Steely Dan, The Rolling Stones, B. B. King, Ray Charles, Jeff Beck, Nina Simone, Gil Scott-Heron and so many more.

I can teach you top level information about the guitar that will let you be able to control and express yourself fluently on the instrument. I currently give private music lessons to people in need ranging from beginner to advanced skill levels. I teach mainly guitar and bass and some piano. We work on technique, songwriting, theory, ear training, music reading, improvisation, song learning, and everything else that has to do with learning music. I like to keep it informative and fun at the same time. I believe in giving exactly what the students want as well as introducing ideas and skills that i think would benefit the student. At the end of the day it’s about the student learning and giving them what they want and not forcing too much things that they don’t want to do.
