About Shaurya
I'm currently an engineering student. I've been into health and fitness for a little over 5 years. Started out when I was still in my school. I've seen the bright and dark side of the experiences related to working out and I'd love to help you out with them.

My teaching method is going to be a very informal one. I would want to focus more on how to approach an exercise, how to perform it to your best potential and how you could avoid any mishaps. All the other basic stuff can be already looked for on the internet but the tiniest of things that matter the most, which one knows only with experience- I'm willing to share.
