About Natalie
I am a First-Class third-year Economics and Politics student at the University of Glasgow, with a strong passion for economics and how it can be applied to the real world. I have worked on research projects in areas including game theory and environmental economics, which has allowed me to explore topics beyond the standard syllabus.
Having recently completed my own A-Levels, I understand how overwhelming Economics can feel, particularly when it comes to applying theory to exam questions. I want to make the subject feel logical and interesting rather than something that simply has to be memorised. My goal is to help students build strong foundations, think like an economist, and approach their exams with confidence.

My lessons are relaxed, structured, and completely tailored to the student. We start by identifying the areas of the GCSE or A-Level syllabus they find most challenging, then break complex economic ideas down into clear, manageable steps. I focus on understanding the logic behind economics rather than simply memorising definitions, helping students build confidence in applying their knowledge to unfamiliar questions.
My experience researching areas including game theory and environmental economics allows me to bring real-world examples and deeper economic thinking into lessons. As exams approach, we will focus more heavily on exam technique, essay structure, past papers, data-response questions, and learning how to apply economic theory effectively. My aim is to make even the most difficult concepts feel straightforward and achievable.
