About Megan
I am a First Class Honours Law, LPC and combined Masters Graduate who is currently working within the Legal Industry as Trainee Solicitor. I achieved 3 A's at A Level in English Language, Psychology and Business Studies.
I have been a Careers and Guest Speaker Officer and Debates Officer for the University of Lincoln, whereby I have trained and coached a variety of individuals into their chosen career paths. Therefore, I have great contact links with various law firm and work experience providers.
I have been working as a Paralegal within the legal industry for the last 3 years. I have particular expertise in Litigation and Private Client areas. However, I completed the following modules during my degree and LPC:

I am a friendly and enthusiastic person who teaches all ages and abilities.
Each lesson can be tailored to your specific needs however usually consist of an hours teaching and ongoing help outside of the lesson will be provided. I will ensure that all bases are covered and support is given in a clear, tailored and strategic manner. I will provide all materials and notes that I have taken over my legal education to assist with your understanding.
I have extensive experience of proofing dissertations, reviewing footnotes and bibliographies in accordance with OSCOLA and helping with general improvements to the overall essay.
So far, I have tutored 10 students to their target grades at University and LPC level. I have particular experience with Litigation, Corporate, Employment, Succession, Private Client and Contract Law.
I am a relaxed but stern tutor who employs a methodical and tactical adapted approach to learning. I believe that my approach enables me to relate to my students and helps them to exceed their expectations when it comes to exams. I am adept at developing students' self- esteem and their ability to overcome barriers to learning.
