About Ewan
I’m a First-Class graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering with a strong passion for helping students succeed in Maths and Physics. Having supported learners during my time at university, I’ve seen how the right guidance can transform confidence and performance. I genuinely enjoy teaching and take pride in helping students not just improve their grades, but also develop a deeper understanding of the subject. My aim is always to create a friendly, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.

I take a calm, structured approach to tutoring, focusing on building confidence through clear explanations, worked examples, and regular practice. Lessons are typically one hour and tailored to each student’s needs, whether preparing for exams or reinforcing school content. I have previous experience tutoring GCSE and A-level students in Maths and Physics, both independently and as part of university outreach. I specialise in breaking down complex ideas into manageable steps and encouraging questions throughout to ensure full understanding. As a First-Class graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, I understand what it takes to succeed in STEM subjects, and I aim to make them more approachable and engaging for students of all abilities. These lessons are ideal for GCSE and A-level students who want to boost grades, fill knowledge gaps, or strengthen exam technique.
