Fire and Flow Studio based in Cape Town offer training in flow arts, specifically poi, fans and staff. We are professionals in that we have been entertaining using our skills for years.

About Karen
Studio is run by co-owners Anina Fourie and Karen Strydom.
Anina has 15 years experience in the entertainment industry , performing for the likes of Fire Tribe.
Karen has been performing for 6 years, self taught.She started Fire Dancing to overcome trauma after her home was destroyed by a fire 7 years ago, where she lost everything.
Both are skilled in a multiple props , fire staffs, fire pois, fire fans and flower/ rhythm stix. (juggling sticks) and has done multiple performances at different events, parties and venues.
