About Shantanu
I am a Senior Business Systems Analyst and Computer Science graduate with extensive experience in financial services technology, lending platforms, payment systems, ERP environments, and enterprise applications.
My professional experience includes working on loan origination systems, financial product implementations, system integrations, Agile delivery models, and cross-functional stakeholder management. I work closely with developers, QA teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
My teaching approach is practical, structured, and industry-focused. I go beyond theory to explain how systems actually operate in real banking, lending, and FinTech environments.
I help students and professionals:
• Understand how enterprise IT systems function
• Write professional-level documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
• Master JIRA and Agile methodologies
• Prepare confidently for BA, BSA, and QA interviews
• Transition into high-demand IT and FinTech roles
Whether you are a student building your foundation or a working professional aiming for career growth, I provide clear explanations, real-world examples, structured notes, and practical case studies.
If you want to learn how technology drives real financial systems — and how to position yourself for success in the IT industry — I would be glad to mentor you.
