About Priyanka

I am a finance professional with more than nine years of experience, mostly in real estate investing and infrastructure credit. I build financial models and write finance research for a living, and I enjoy explaining the reasoning behind the numbers. I teach online, at your pace, and I keep sessions practical so you can apply what you learn straight away. I do not give investment advice.

About the lesson

I explain finance concepts in plain language and build models step by step with you, so you understand why each line is there and can rebuild it yourself. Sessions cover corporate finance, valuation, time value of money, and Excel financial models. I work with students and early-career professionals. My own background is in real estate investing and infrastructure credit, so examples come from real deals. I do not write exam answers and I do not promise results. The first session is free.
