About Jasmyn
I am passionate about biology and anatomy, and this is what has inspired me to become a tutor. Years ago when I was studying for my GCSE's, I had an amazing science teacher who really fueled my love for science. I thoroughly enjoyed learning about the human body, and this is why I pursued a degree in Biology. I hope that through my tutoring I can help other students to gain more confidence in biology and anatomy.

During our first lesson, I will use the time to get to know your goals, learning style, and your areas for improvement in the subject. I will use this information to create individualised lesson plans. Each lesson will be 60 minutes and will be broken into 3 sections: teaching, student explaining concepts back, and practice questions. The aim will be that by the end of the session, you will be able to explain the concepts just taught, and also answer relevant questions. As a student, you can ask questions at any point during the lesson!
These biology lessons are aimed at the GCSE level. Anatomy lessons can be tailored to the individual's needs and can be appropriate for college and university-level students. I have experience as a teaching assistant for anatomy and physiology at the university level.
