About Riyan
I am an undergraduate Electrical Engineering student in my final year of studies. I enjoy learning about advanced concepts related to engineering and physics. I have found that the best way to master a subject is by teaching it. This is also known as the Feynman Learning Technique, which was devised by the Nobel laureate in physics. It leverages the power of teaching for better learning. Therefore, teaching has also been a passion of mine, as it helps me broaden my own mind. I make sure to put myself in the shoes of newcomers to the subject and deliver lectures in a way that they are also able to visualize the ideas and do not feel disconnected.

• I prefer the bottom-top approach when it comes to teaching. Building the core concepts at the base level is very important to me. I try to encompass material beyond the textbook such as real world applications and computer simulations so that students feel confident in the subject and are able to apply it to different kinds of problems.
• Typical length of a lesson is subject to the material that will be covered but on average it is about 1 to 1.5 hours.
• I'm an Electrical Engineering student in my final year of studies with a fair amount of tutoring experience. I've tutored my juniors as well as my colleagues to help them pass difficult courses.
• I can teach from middle school to undergradute college level.
