My name is Matthew I’m a 21 final year student from Ireland. I’m studying to be an actuary but I have great interest in teaching, and am looking to go down that route after university. I know the leaving cert material very well and have spent the past while putting together some great notes that I want to share with those who need them

When tutoring, I try and build a personal connection with the students, and make the learning as rewarding as possible. I prepare my own notes and questions, and make sure to spend 5 minutes before and after the class to go through anything missed from the last day, or anything they want to see the next day. Being there for the students and putting the same level of work in that they do is key I believe.
