About Gemma
Fun, friendly but I’ll ensure that you achieve the results you desire.
My fitness journey started in 2020 during covid. I found a love for running and do believe that if I didn’t find fitness I would have been very ill.
Once I had completed a 5k and 10k during the pandemic I took on strength training and have never felt stronger or healthier in my life.
I’m now 40 but my body feels like it’s still in its 20’s!
I offer life coaching also and this can transfer over into sessions to encourage and empower my students.

Hi there,
My names Gem and I work in and around North, East London providing personalised fitness programmes for women of all ages, abilities including ladies going through peri/menopause.
My focus is to help women to feel strong and healthy in the skin that they’re in whether that’s through strength training, martial arts or both.
I run regular female only fitness classes which I encourage my trainees to attend and advise on nutrition; providing a well rounded health and fitness programme.
If you have a daughter, I run mother and daughter self defence sessions. I also provide these classes for small groups; up to 4 people. They’re fun and for all abilities plus I’ll teach you how to stay safe.
