My names Jordan, I work with time restricted ladies and gents who want to get back to the best version of themselves
If you are someone who struggles with time, your mindset and you lack accountability my coaching programme will be perfect for you. Since having my son Freddie my own approach had to change and this was the catalyst for building my fat loss programme
Your coaching will be designed so you get maximum accountability to ensure you get to your goal quickly and learn the skills you need to create a long lasting change mentally and physically. You will not just be left on your own, I will personally help you every step of the way
