About Caelan
Good to Know I don’t just coach fitness — I coach follow-through. Men come to me because they’re tired of quitting on themselves. I’ve coached dozens of men through full-body transformations — many losing 20 to 30+ lbs while building muscle, confidence, and discipline that lasts beyond the gym.
