About FAITH
Faith is currently employed by Reder Construction, one of the most reputable construction companies in Bloemfontein, South africa. I work as a quantity surveyor both on the construction site and in the office. During my time at Reder Construction, from 2018 to 2021, I worked on a variety of projects across the country, more in the Free State province. 2018 and 2019 I worked as a QS on site, primarily doing payment certificates and supervising the work on site with the supervision term then 2020, to 2023 I have been a procurement manager for Reder Construction. Heading the tendering Department. My daily responsibilities include office administration, procurement planning, and tender document preparation. Working with students and interns to ensure they receive proper training both in the office and on site.
My utmost goal is to contribute my knowledge, experience and improve my personal knowledge in the institution and also ensuring efficient and good working ethics to all employees and students under my lead. I have worked a student assistant lecturer and I have been a mentor for first years students for period of 3 years in central university of technology university, free state. I do not have a problem standing Infront of a big group of students, and I can do presentation very well.
