About the lesson

I base my teaching methods on verbal communication especially if the class is online and depending on the student. I also use homework and exams to evaluate the level of comprehension. All classes are online via Skype or Zoom. Welcome!

When and why did you develop an interest in your chosen field?
After relocating to Canada, I noticed there were a lot of English-speaking newcomers that wanted to learn French for the purpose of immigration or for their job search, but they wouldn't get the time or someone with a less strong American accent. And when Covid hit, it was just the perfect moment to develop my teaching skills.

In the years building up to joining the Superprof's platform as a tutor, I've acquired more experience to expand my tutoring services to be able to help more students who reach out to me for help through Superprof!
What makes you passionate about your subject?
I just love languages. I think being able to communicate in many languages is a talent and it's powerful and exotic.
What do you like about tutoring? What makes you a "Superprof"?
I like teaching and I like learning new things, especially languages. I have been teaching for a while now and I feel fulfilled when I share my knowledge with other people. Additionally, I strongly believe that a teacher is a partner. I want to help you reach your goals and this is what drives me to do my job.
Do you have any role models; a teacher that inspired you? Please explain.
My best role models are my parents who had a great professional teaching experience. My dad was a mentor in a local university and my mom was also an accounting teacher. I was always impressed by their devotion to this career no matter the difficulties they have encountered.
What are your keys to success?
My keys to success are to believe in myself and aiming at helping others and a lot of self-discipline too.
