Hi! I’m a high school graduate with lots of experience coaching elementary and middle school students. I bring the same patience and energy I bring to sports to my English tutoring. I know every student learns differently, so I always take the time to figure out what works best for you. Teaching Method and Techniques
My teaching method is student-centered and flexible. I adapt each lesson to match the student’s preferred learning style, whether visual, auditory, or hands-on. I use real-world examples, open discussions, and interactive activities to make English literature accessible and engaging.
Typical Lesson Plan
A typical lesson begins with a quick review or warm-up, followed by guided reading or analysis of a text. We then dive into key themes, literary devices, and writing techniques, using questions and creative exercises to deepen understanding. I finish each session with a short recap and optional practice or writing prompts.
