About Arina
I have qualified as a yoga teacher in January 2019 in South of India. On return to UK, I started giving regular classes to people who were interested in yoga. Since I had a regular group, in just couple of months everyone moved from the beginner level to more advanced and you could see how every yogi was enjoying the process. Due to the pandemic, I moved classes to online. It worked very well for everyone and through recommendations more people were interested and now I have a few groups. Some people were really keen on the individual classes and it is going very well.

Everyone is different, everyone's body is unique and every practice has to be adapted. I work with various people and we adapt the practice to their needs, goals and capabilities. Some people prefer more relaxing and mindful yoga, where we include more meditations, while others prefer more dynamic one. Yoga can bring loads of benefits for your body and especially release the stress. Please feel free to try one lesson and see how you feel.
