About Julia
Connected with yoga since I was a child, since I grew up in a very spiritual environment, I started practicing yoga intensively 10 years ago. I have made the decision to dedicate myself to this learning and share it with others. I believe that yoga is a precious learning that can be learned and studied all life. I love the idea that it is a practice and philosophy of life that we can all experience, all kinds of people, of all ages, anywhere in the world. To live what I call the magic of yoga, we need nothing more than our body, presence and will. A deep, physical experience that also goes much further. Through a Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga practice, my goal is to help my students find balance, starting with the body, looking for a balance between strength and flexibility (Sthira Sukham Asanam : Patanjali, 2.46). They can be regular classes in groups or private, punctual workshops (I recently did Yoga events and self-massage workshop in several hotels in Barcelona such as the Hilton, the Hotel Arts and the Hotel Melias in Sitges). I also participate in the organization of yoga and meditation retreats. I did my training in Yogaroom 6 years ago and since then I have worked in several Yoga centers in Barcelona (Yoga Bindu, Yogaroom, Sincronia Yoga, One Different) and giving private classes.

The class begins with an introduction to meditation, a gentle warming of the joints, standing postures, seated postures, and according to the level, inverted and balanced on arms. At the end there is a relaxation that I accompany with live music (singing with instruments from India).
