About Kristina
I am an experienced yoga instructor with over 500 hours of registered yoga trainings. I have been teaching for nearly two years with a variety of clients both independently and at studios. I teach thoughtful and carefully planned classes with the goal of having students feel refreshed and renewed. I have worked one on one with students to nurture their motivation and enhance their personal performance goals. I have always created an environment where students felt supported, encouraged, and safe.

I base my classes on a number of things since I teach a variety of classes. Yin and restorative classes are more relaxing and highly focused on stretching and rejuvenating the body, while hatha or flow focus on strengthening and stretching at the same time.
