About Adarsh
I am immensely passionate about science and how it explains the world, specifically biology and how it helped me understand life in general and health. This passion led me into research, where my love for the subject grew exponentially. Whilst studying, I realised I enjoy teaching others just as much as I enjoy experimenting in labs. I find it highly rewarding to watch students grow from memorising facts to genuinely understanding biological systems, breaking down complex ideas until they finally click and make sense!

I am patient and considerate of all students' learning needs by tailoring length and content to their routines, while staying focused on their academic goals. I personalise lessons to suit individual learning styles, having taught international undergraduate students at the University of Edinburgh, as well as high school pupils from family and neighbourhood circles. Lesson length typically ranges from 1 - 2 hours, and structure can be adapted to suit diverse neurodivergent needs. I hold a Bachelor's in Basic Sciences, a Master's in Biological Sciences and am currently undertaking a PhD in Immunology. Therefore, I specialise in teaching Biology, but am capable of teaching all core Science subjects.
