About Sumaya
I do Yoga sessions out of my passion towards Yoga, I can cutomizethe routine & add new postures to fit my clients goals & make them feel relaxed, rooted to their soul with some effective techniques of meditation at the end.
I have been attending Yoga classes since 2008, started with Hatha Yoga & contineu to Ashtanga & Vinyasa flow.
I still do it individually & with my friends, leading them as I have been doing it for years, for relaxation, felxibility & help calming the stress & slow down the fast pace of our hectic life.
One of my experiences that I enjoyed the most is being able to volunteer & give free one hour Yoga during my last city I vistited in Portugal "Valadares", I stayed at a cool place called "salty days lodge", was able to merge with people as a solo traveler & offered them a Yoga session in the early morning. The Feedback after the session made my day! seeing people happy, relaxed & one of them had a backache, with some Yoga postures he felt better afterwards.
The impact I see on people's faces! relaxed, happy & eager to do more! and the surprise is getting this from the least interested people in Yoga.
