About Catherine
Catherine's offers individual , group and parent + child yoga classes tailored to your needs. Catherine is a 300 hour Certified Jivamukti Yoga Teacher and is excited to offer lessons in NY after completing teacher training in India. Catherine also practices as an occupational therapist and is passionate about making yoga accessible for all who are interested in Samadhi (Union & Bliss). Yoga has been a vehicle for so much happiness on and off the mat, teaching a life of devotion, scriptural study, compassion/ non-harming , music/ deep listening and meditation...all Integrated with a fun and very vigorous asana practice!
