I take the time to get to know my students - their needs, goals, and intentions for a yoga practice. After an initial discussion and assessment, will work together to create a practice that facilitates building strength, recovering from injury, and connecting to deeper parts of yourself.
I work with a variety of students from athletes looking to increase strength and flexibility to people who are recovering from injuries. The greatest part about a yoga practice is that it can be modified to fit a variety of needs.
