I first met Courtney when I attended one of her group classes in Memorial Park and then we began doing private lessons together. Working with her has greatly helped my mental chatter and of course physical being. She makes me feel comfortable and has a very non-judgemental approach. We have a great time together and she offers me free nutrition advice as well. Highly recommend Courtney for yoga or health consulting.
Courtney does a great job of specializing classes to each individual. She offers a world of knowledge and knows way more than just yoga. Courtney has given me many tips and lessons in overall health and dietary information which has changed my life.
Courtney is the BEST! She is an incredible yoga instructor and person overall. I enjoy and look forward to every session we have together. She's better and cheaper than therapy!
