About Prachi singh
Yoga “is a way of life”, I have been practicing yoga since my childhood. I was introduced to the ancient practice of Asanas and Pranayams by my father and our family Guru Maharaj Ji.
While doing my research on Ayurvedic plants and their medicinal effects on disease like diabetes and cancer, I came across the beneficial effects of yoga to control if not eradicate them completely. My curiosity led me to dive into the ocean of ancient scriptures. I started reading Vedas, Upanishads, Shri Mad Bhagwat Gita, Hatha Yoga Pradipika and Patanjali Sutras.
Yoga class gives me an opportunity to share and learn the knowledge of self-healing therapy through vibrational energies of mantras, asanas, meditation, acupressure, deep relaxation and Ayurveda.
Currently I am a yoga teacher at Integral Yoga Institute. I take Hatha Level 1 and Yin yoga classes. I also practice different levels of Hatha Yoga.
Following are my professional certifications:
· Hatha Level[Asanas and Pranayama] Level I – 200 Hrs, Integral Yoga Institute, New York, USA
· Yoga Therapy – 500 Hrs, Paramanand Institute of Yoga Sciences & Research, MP, India
· Yin Yoga, Integral Yoga Institute, New York, USA
