About Ivana
I believe in making music learning fun and exciting. Music can have a positive impact on memory, focus and thought connection which can help in many different aspects of our lives. I teach all levels from beginner to advanced. In my lessons I like to focus on bringing out a student's natural musicality and creating a good technical foundation for students to be able to pull from in their repertoire. I encourage students to pick repetoire that they enjoy and cater each lesson to the individual student.
About me: I have so much passion for performing and teaching music and I love sharing that passion with my students. I have been teaching for three years now and am currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Classical and Commercial Violin Performance at Belmont University. I began violin at the age of four, starting with the Suzki Method of Music. I held the position of concermistress at the Carolina Youth Symphony Orchestra from 2017-2019 and have studied under renowed tutors such as Robert McDuffie, Dr. Eun Sun Lee, Courtney Lebauer and Dr. Elizabeth Small, to name a few.
