About Zack
Hi my name is Zack and I’m a local Ladera Ranch tennis coach with over 30 years of playing experience and over 10 years of teaching experience! I am also a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional and I’m a former ATP Tour Tennis Pro from Los Angeles who once ranked #11 in the United States and #127 in the world. I’ve played in all 4 Grand Slams and I have also had multiple wins on the pro tour that include Fernando González, David Nalbandian, Tomáš Berdych, Kei Nishikori, Kevin Anderson, Vince Spadea, Agustín Calleri, Mardy Fish, Robby Ginepri, Daniel Nestor, Santiago Giraldo, Yen-Hsun Lu, Denis Istomin, Nicolas Mahut, Joachim Johansson and many more pro tour players. I have helped multiple tennis students receive college scholarships, developed USTA Player of the Year, developed USTA Most Improved Player of the Year, coached students to adult league wins, coached students to both sectional and national wins, coached a student to #1 college tennis player in the country and I have coached a student to a pro tournament title win. I teach the “modern game of tennis” via technique, strategy, footwork & excel at teaching advanced students. I offer private tennis lessons, semi-private tennis lessons, group tennis lessons and hitting only sessions for all ages (kids, teens, adults, seniors) and skill levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). I teach tennis lessons in Ladera Ranch on private tennis courts but I will also travel up to 10 miles to a tennis court that is conveniently located near you. I am available for tennis lessons on a limited basis (primarily nights and weekends, although other times are possible).
