About Martha
Spanish is my passion! As a teacher with 16 years experience teaching adults and children, I know all the tricky details of the Spanish language. I have a bachelors degree in Spanish from Louisiana State University in Shreveport, a masters in Spanish Literature from the University of New Orleans, and a masters in K-12 Spanish Education from Cenentary college.
I love teaching older children and adults. Grammar is my strong suite, but conversation, reading, and writing are topics I also teach on a weekly basis. I love to be innovative in my teaching methods and love using technology to reinforce learning. My goal for tutoring it to make Spanish as understandable as possible and inhance long term retention of material.
