Professional & sincere concern that you're learning correctly. Safety is foremost, plus there's always some fun thrown in.

Very safety conscious with all aspects of training. Wants to make sure that we understand what we're doing and what is expected of us. Stresses practice at home. Very encouraging. Points out where we need to make a correction with the exercise.

Ms. Rose is knowledgeable, thorough, patient. She teaches proper technique from the beginning: safety, grip, stance... I have significantly improved from her training and look forward to every opportunity I have to train with her.
