About Martina
I'm an RRCA certified running coach and my passion is to help my clients achieve their personal fitness goals, whether it’s improving their performance, getting in shape or simply enjoying their run experience. I love being active, and exercising outdoors energizes me, but I wasn't always like that. When I was a child, I hated running and any type of sport. Because I have been there, I know how hard it can be. Over the years, I’ve developed my passion for running, starting with 5ks, 10ks, half marathons, and full marathons. For this reason, I want to help my clients achieve their goals of staying healthy and enjoying their own running journey, especially running health through strength training programs. I coach beginner and intermediate runners with limited time who need quick guidance to fit in their busy schedule.

My program is based on:
- Initial consultation to discuss current fitness level, running experience, and finally define realistic goals.
- After the initial consultation, I will create a personalized training plan based on the client’s needs and goals.
- I’m meeting the customer virtually on a weekly base (or in-person in NY)
- I’m offering ongoing support for any questions or doubts.
- The training program can be revised and modified as we progress.
